FAQ

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find REIGN and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything is stored on your device. We cannot see, access, or read any of your data. REIGN has Apple's "Data Not Collected" privacy label.

Does the AI coach send my data to a server?

On iPhone 15 Pro and later, the AI runs entirely on-device. On older phones, anonymous context (streak day, mood, time) is sent to generate responses. No identifying info is included.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings > Delete All Data in the app. This permanently removes everything from your device and iCloud.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Apple Watch is optional. It enables HealthKit insights (HRV, sleep, heart rate) but all other features work without it.

What happens if I relapse?

Tap "I slipped" on the home screen. REIGN walks you through a compassionate reset flow. No shame. Your previous progress is saved for insights.

Can I sync across devices?

Yes, if iCloud is enabled. Your data syncs automatically across your iPhone and iPad via Apple's CloudKit.
