Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can experience REIGN before paying. No credit card required during the trial.

How Refunds Work

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find the REIGN purchase
Select "Request a refund"

Apple reviews and processes all refund requests. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly.

Monthly Subscription

Cancel anytime from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain access until the period ends
No partial refunds for unused time

Lifetime Purchase

One-time payment grants permanent access
Eligible for refund within Apple's refund window (typically 14 days)
If refunded, access will be revoked
